DELICIOUS DIETITIAN-APPROVED RECIPES THAT WILL MAKE GREAT ADDITIONS TO YOUR THANKSGIVING MENU PLAN
There’s nothing like traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all of the fixings – turkey, stuffing, roasted vegetables and pumpkin pie. It’s one of my favourite meals of the year, and the toasted turkey sandwiches are even better the next day! This time of year is all about warm comfort foods and drinks, which with a bit of creativity, can be wholesome and nutritious too (not to say that you shouldn’t indulge too – that’s a given!). I’ve sourced some delicious thanksgiving recipes from some dietitian friends that might make great additions to your menu plan. Enjoy!
