TASTY GRILLING RECIPES THAT WILL NOT ONLY BEAT BBQ BOREDOM, BUT BOOST NUTRITION TOO!
During the summer, we rarely use our stove or oven – instead, we fire up the grill! Grilling is easy, a lot less messy and makes everything taste. so. good! Grilling not only imparts delicious flavour, but it can also eliminate the need for extra seasoning (which adds extra salt too). It’s easy to get into a rut though – the same burger recipe (or pre-made burgers), or hotdogs can become boring (and not so healthy). Try grilling fish, poultry, vegetables and fruit to add variety and nutrition. Need some ideas?
