Many people have coverage for Registered Dietitians. Most group insurance plans including Manulife, Blue Cross, Sunlife, GreatWest Life, Green Shield and more will cover up to $500 for dietitian services. At this time, we do not direct bill, but we can provide you with an invoice after your session that you can submit directly to your insurance company. It may be worth checking with your workplace benefit plan to see if you qualify! If you do not have coverage, the cost of your appointments are considered a tax-deductible medical expense that you can claim.
Investment:
An initial 60 minute consultation is $170 – $190 and after your first appointment, you and your dietitian can discuss together which package is best for your needs, the initial consultation fee will be rolled into whichever package you select. 30 minute follow-up are $85-95. Many insurance companies cover dietitian services and we can provide you with a receipt to submit following your sessions. View our Nutrition Counselling Packages
